i was looking for a small mens bag for a tablet and a few other larger items, and they had one option, tommy Hilfiger small foam bag. normally 70 ish, i paid 15. material is nice and zipper is sturdy. i don't like to leave stuff in my car and don't want to drop expensive electronics all over the place, so i need a bag. but not a purse. it has become more common for men to have shoulder bags, and stores should adjust inventory accordingly.

This Ross is messy. People have tore this store up. And they could do more to maintain and clean the store. The jewelry display has the jewelry just thrown in there and you can't even see everything in it. There is no excuse for that since the customers can't acces it and mess it up. I came out with 3 pairs of earrings. That's it which is uncommon for me at a Ross. I won't be back to this location again. I live like 45 min from it and anytime I stop in when I'm in the area which is not often, I'm always disappointed.

They need a lot of help in putting the store together. Everything seems to be everywhere. you really have to waste a lot of time in finding the right thing. Either this store management doesn't pay their employees or they don't want to do any work, whatever the case is but this store is a mess.

Visited the Columbia Ross store to purchase a dress for an event. Everywhere I went prior in this my maiden post-pandemic voyage had no dresses! It seems dressing up has gone out of style. But for ROSS, I would have gone without. Thank God for this store and their variety, and large aisles. Good old department stores seem not so good nowadays BUT not ROSS!!!! 👍🏾 I had such a great time shopping, that j went home with three large shopping bags with awesome deals. Spent quite a bit, But I’ll tell you, the prices were low, there was lots to choose from and I was one happy customer! :-). Yasssssssss, Ross! Don’t worry, I’ll be bacccccccck - for more!

Bought two pants and perfume.Always so affordable. The selection of cloths are also good. My favorite go to place.

Usually this place is nasty and unorganized. Saw managers and they we're walking around pointing out deficiencies so this time around it wasn't bad. But still racks are unorganized and half the items don't have price tags. Ask the employee what the price is and they act like it's your fault it's not on there. But nonetheless you can't complain too much for a store that is merely just above a consignment store.
