i went to aerie today and was greeted by Tara and Paige. Their energy seems very sweet and genuine. Tara helped me out with recommendations whilst Paige checked me out, and I ended up buying a new color for my wardrobe. :)

I am insanely disappointed in the quality of my clothes I have recently bought from this location. Mind you, this isn’t my first time shopping here, and this isn’t my first review. I had spent almost 300$ updating my wardrobe and come to find even after carefully following cleaning instructions, the clothes are practically falling apart. The shirts are fringing and the fabric is crinkly, the jeans after one wash had faded significantly. My boyfriends boxers (Size M/L) had holes in the thighs not even 2 months after purchase from earlier this year. My last review contained an amazing 5 star due to customer service, but the quality of their products is atrocious. For those who say it may have been the machines I was using, you are wrong. I have also bought shirts from FIVE BELOW that are in better shape than these! I will be returning the clothes I have not ripped tags off of yet, and I will be saving my money for a store with actual good quality clothing.

I prefer this store the most of the ones in Maryland that i've been to. No issues with customer service and pretty well stocked and organized.

These stores are ok. American Eagle was one of my favorite places to shop at the mall. Good prices and good sales. But I've noticed the past couple years that their deals are not so great. Even the clearance really isn't. And the labeling of sales were confusing. I bought my son pants which I thought were half off. But apparently not even though they were in that area. And no it wasn't misplaced. There were a bunch in the area and different colors. I paid just about $50 for a pair of sweatpants 😱 Crazy! Teens and young adults are not going to be able to buy much at AE and Aerie with the prices the way they are. Pro... The staff has always been super nice and helpful every time I've gone in!! Now if they could only have the prices be as nice as the staff 😁

The minute I walked in someone with first name starting with a 'B' asked how I could be helped. This person helped me find what I needed, and then helped me save money. Then I met the manager named 'Blue', and she also provided a lot of useful info. This is now my preferred clothes-shopping store!

Yesterday I took my teenage daughter to this outlet. As a father shopping to a teenage girl can sometimes be nerve racking finding the right sizes. However we were greeted by a young woman named Sherri, who stayed with us the entire time explaining the various sizes and cuts for women's jeans. As my daughter began trying on different pairs of jeans we were also met with another young lady names Sarah. I was so amazed to watch Sherri and Sarah bounce ideas off of each others heads about what would work best for my child. it was like watching the planning of a corporate merger. They were very patient and helpful, I felt useless being there. I would highly recommend this outlet to anyone as the entire atmosphere were very customer friendly and supportive. Also the prices are not bad either.

Went in just to browse, ended up finding a pair of jeans that although were too big, were on sale and I was willing to get tailored. The sales staff were helpful but felt too pushy when it came to check out. After politely declining to sign up for the credit card more than a few times, I was still asked again and again. I also work in retail and I understand the stress of trying to make quotas but by the time I had left the store, I felt like more of a nuisance than a customer.

I buy tons of their clothes online, so I frequently have returns and exchanges I bring in here. They are ALWAYS incredibly accommodating, even when I have removed tags and just need a better fit/different size. I came in with a brand new sweater that had started to unravel at the seams and no questions asked I was told I could look in the store for something of comparable value or they could order a new one of the same sweater and have it sent to my house. It's stuff like this beyond quality products that has kept me coming back for the last 7 or 8 years.
