Best tailor in Frederick, Maryland (MD) 2024

This is my favorite Jos A Bank store. I’ve worn Bank’s dress clothes to work for decades and now my wife and I are outfitting our son for his new job in Manhattan. The associates know their product well. The store is well stocked and orderly. The staff are the stores main asset. They provide the level of service once expected in fine independent men’s stores. I drive a little further to the Frederick store because the service here is so far superior to my experiences at the closer Jos A Bank Store in Columbia, MD. My thanks to the kind associate who helped me return a jacket today. My wife ordered the jacket online for my son and it could not be altered to fit him. The lady who helped me was as friendly as if I were making a big purchase. This level of customer service is how the Frederick Jos A Bank store earned and maintains my loyalty. ~Larry
