There has been a mix up. This review is for Academy Ford in Laurel. The service department staff is always courteous. Always a pleasant experience over the last two years. Repairs are completed in a timely manner. Jake, Al, and Brian are very knowledgeable and helpful. ~Karmin

Every time I go there they are VERY respectful. Especially the young ones. They all accommodate you to make you happy. I'm very pleased with them and told them before I pulled off that I will write this review. I say at the window and watched how hard they all work. It might look easy to other people looking from the outside but if you look inside real good...THEY BE WORKING! Y'all keep up the good work and customer service. 💙 ~Brooke
