They told us they were only accepting online orders . We placed an online order and they said it was at a different store . We checked and we were at the correct store . Went to let them know and they shut the store down early and refused to issue a refund . We got no food but paid for it . It’s been over a month and the 800 number isn’t helping

Went and didn't have half the meal. Even tho it was after 9pm. Fries warm not hot. Burger slapped together. Sloppy and messy.

Restaurant grill was broken so NO burgers at all, fries taste like cooked in fish grease, and no sprite! Worst checkers experience I've had.

Fries were double dropped in an effort to make them hot. They were pure grease. I know this because I used to manage there sister company Rally's, so I know what double dropped fries taste like. Other than that, good was good

They have changed their fish sandwich. It's used to be a nice size and flavorful now it's the worst. in this order Checker fish, The Clown and the King. The clown have better tarter sauce King better fish and Checkers not worth mention.

Every time I go there they are VERY respectful. Especially the young ones. They all accommodate you to make you happy. I'm very pleased with them and told them before I pulled off that I will write this review. I say at the window and watched how hard they all work. It might look easy to other people looking from the outside but if you look inside real good...THEY BE WORKING! Y'all keep up the good work and customer service. 💙

I was disappointed. I just left the store for the second time. When I went the first time, a young lady asked me for my order and then I didn't hear anything. Minutes later a gentleman took my order. I get my food and leave. I get all the way home to find out it is the wrong order. I go all the way back. I decided to go into the store to resolve the issue. There was a gentleman inside the store that I assumed was waiting for his food. I'm standing and waiting to be acknowledged and no one comes to the window. The gentleman inside the store told me to ring bell on the wall. No one still comes. I get in my car to go to the drive thru and I see the gentleman that was in the store leaving with a Checkers bag. I drive up to the drive thru the same young lady ask can she take my order. When I say that they gave me the wrong order the gentleman ask what did I order and to pull up to the window. I ask him are they taking people inside the store. He stated that it is only two of them working and it's hard to manage. If it is hard to manage both the window and the inside of the store, why is the door open? This store isn't far from me, but its not close either. The way gas prices are now traveling to correct mistakes is not acceptable; especially when you feel that you were being ignored.

This Checkers is ghetto as hell. They rarely have the 2nd line open, they lose food options past 10pm without fail, and the service is spotty after dark. Foods great tho, thank god they follow the recipie.

Let me start off by saying that the food was horrible. This short chubby girl with red hair that they had at the register was rude and had a hard time listening when I was trying to place my order. The burger was dry and the fries tasted like they haven’t replaced the grease in weeks. I would not recommend anybody to come to this location ever. It’s a no for me!
