Too slow to be a branch of this franchise. You see everyone pretending and walking around not doing anything. Only talking. It once took me more than 30 mins to be able to go through the drive through. I have been to several branch and each time I get here, the story is the same.

If I could give this raggedy place a 0 I would. Waited in line at this place for food only to be handed a bag of cold food. These people that work here clearly don’t want their jobs even the manager. Decided to go inside to get hot food approached the tall guy on register to inform him of the carelessness of his coworkers handing me cold food and all his lazy a$$ did was put this error on the manager to deal with smh! So I had the manager who thinks she is slick halfway redo my fries and onion rings. She put the cold onion rings back in grease to reheat them and pretended they were fresh as they’re is no way they cooked that quick. Not to mentioned the watered down orange drink I purchased. Water would have tasted better I’m sure! People don’t eat here! Take your hard earned money somewhere else that appreciates it. Manager who was an African American lady and tall guy African American guy that was working the register today 11/17/22 around 3:45-4pm needs to be fired! Will not be returning! Also disputing this charge with my bank as I will not be paying for this raggedy service from raggedy people!

I had 2 Uber eats order they told me to make the line, I waited 20 minutes on DT when I was on the speaker he said they only had number 5 available, I told him I had Uber he said he didn’t have Uber orders it was 11:30 worst costumer service ever

Typical Value in taste and service, but a notably cleaner restaurant than most in the area with newly renovated bathrooms. Kid-friendliness: Paper Crowns placed on dining room tables for kids.

I arrived at their lobby door at 12:30p for lunch with my child only to find both doors locked: during business hours, and was being directed to drive around to the drive through 🤔. Which has seven cars and a wait time? To which they shouted through the window, “we’re short on staff” Hmmm I’ve sat in the lot typing this to see literally nine cars roll up and park, with two elders going to the locked doors and another walk up finishing this sentence. Clearly they are hiring managers and workers because 🤷🏽♀️ Terrible management scheduling and makes me question the work place environment considering everyone is hiring these days. As I’ve typed this the van in line is just coming through; ten min drive through time. Yes; they need help. Another family of three and two more turned away before I could finish. I’ve been sitting for 15 mins. And wait. There is someone SITTING IN THE LOBBY: no staff should be seated in the lobby esp when you’re turning folks away; the audacity smh.

Customer service is terrible!!…the manager (light skin fat guy) he’s suppose the their team leader…it’s clear to see he’s leading nothing. It’s sad we can’t have good customer service in our urban communities. Honestly it’s a damm shame that I know if I lived in another part of town that wasn’t totally urban my experience would’ve went better!…I was born and raised in PG County so I’m not down talking us…I’m just stating clear fact that we know

I never had bad customer service. Food is always given hot and delectable here. Always takes accurate orders. I am highly pleased.

Pathetic Service at the Drive Thru side . I had to wait 40 mins in a very small queue of 9 cars to order food and then it took a further 40 mins to receive my order. Food was also uncooked .

I wish I can give a no star. The service was horrible, definitely not friendly. The food I received was not what I ordered and then to top it off it wasn’t hot. The coffee taste like it sat overnight. This is unacceptable.
