Worst place I have ever had my dog groomed at. Crystal (or anyone else) gave absolutely 0 comfort to my puppy who was nervous and missed matting on the tips of his ears. Very disappointed in the customer service from the grooming department as well - group of very unprofessional people here.

I prefer to use a local shop/groomer, however, they haven't been very reliable. One closed after Covd even though they were always very busy. And the other place I used changed groomers too often and increased their prices by 33%. I would have been paying $100 for a 16lb dog after tip. Someone in my neighborhood recommended Laura at Petsmart and I've been very happy with their work. Today was her fourth time going there for full grooming. She's also seen Allyson due to short notice one on occasion. They are very thorough, check their notes when you arrive, make sure vaccination records are up to date, and provide detail following the appt how your dog did. They've told me my dog is wiggly and they did the best they could, but she always looks great and they follow my directions perfectly of what I like. And yes she is wiggly. If I try to brush/trim around her face she is wiggly with me. It's very convenient to book appts online, I'm thrilled with the price and being able to pick a la carte for extras, and earning Petsmart rewards.

I bought 3 new veil angelfish from this location. I already owned one but I heard they were not aggressive with their own kind, so I thought I would monitor the new ones and if it seemed like they were getting bullied by the older and slightly bigger fish, I would bring the new ones back. I watched them for a while and saw no aggression at all. THAT NIGHT one of the new fish was dead. The next day another one was dead. 2 days later, my original angelfish died. This Petsmart is selling fish who have diseases. I am pretty mad and not excited to see the rest of my tank die in the next week. I did an almost full water change when the first died, but it might have been too late.

Took my dog to get her groomed. Pet smart did a great job. Chelsea P is friendly and great.

Terrible service, today we wanted to buy with my daughter a gold fish black moor for my 40 gallon aquarium and the girl told me that I needed a 70 gallon one, do I need a pool for three fishes? and she refused to sell them to me, she was rude and racist!!! I will not return to this place 😶

So The Newport, KY Petsmart really, really sucks!!! …I can only judge based off of my many experiences buying fish and fish material there. First off I have 20+ years experience in fish and fish set ups and anything that has to do with fish and keeping fish in an aquarium. First off They don’t follow their 15 day return policy on their fish and I’ve had some workers that were nice and decent but they’re far and in between and don’t have many good encounters with them. The one encounter on most occasions is a heavy set lady who always is loud, Obnoxious, rude and doesn’t sell what you want and always asks what gallon tank you have and when you tell her she refuses to sell you fish. She’s horrible with customer service and I wouldn’t recommend anyone buy fish there. I can suggest Discover Aquatics located in Taylor Mill, KY the dude there is nice very helpful and not rude nor does he ask what gallon tank you have or care to preach to you. Secondly the fish you purchase don’t make it they either die or they are too aggressive after they’re labeled peaceful. I will never buy fish there again and I would like I said recommend no one to buy fish there and hopefully the lady will get dealt with. She shouldn’t be working in a customer service environment at all. Finally good luck to the ones who choose to buy fish there I would have rated this location a 0 star but unfortunately they made me rate it at least a 1 star!!!

Got a cool high walled corner shaped litter box for our new apartment. Hopefully this will keep our dirty stinky boy from getting litter all over our apartment.

As someone who enjoys the fish hobby it frustrates me that every time I go to purchase a fish the person getting them is rushy and rude. They are never knowledgeable about anything fish related and they grab one fish, bag it up and rush me on. Never a nice experience, mor like a rude fast food service.

Today was fantastic!!! Our yorkie needed his private areas cleaned up—-so badly. I knocked a star off because when we took him at the end of January his privates and tail weren’t really touched. Today, Chelsea and Joey worked on him and i couldn’t be happier!! He was a hot mess before and now he is back to being his adorable self. Super thrilled and will always request those that worked on hi. Tosay!!! I love that Chelsea stopped me to talk about him! As did Joey— excellent service today guys!! We just had another great experience with Tiffany… thank you

Boycotting Pet Smart. I usually don’t rant about anything. But after Preston and I spent 30 minutes at Pet Smart with Preston looking for a fish for our aquarium. Preston picks a $3.50 gold fish. They are having a sale. Buy one get one 1/2 off. So I told the attendant I would take 2. She asked what size tank. I said 20 gallon. She stated that she couldn’t sell me two. My tank wasn’t big enough. So I said I will take one. She said sorry but you have to have a 55 gallon tank. Seriously??? Who buys a 55 gallon tank for one gold fish. I told her this is stupid and we are leaving. No more shopping at Pet Smart. World of pets in Florence will be getting all our business from now on. Good thing Pet Smart doesn’t dictate the Newport Aquarium. They wouldn’t have any fish.
