Love love love Candy Kitchen!!! I’ve been coming here for many years and it never disappoints. Just walking in to the smell of the store is amazing. My family still talks about the time I rode my bike to one of their stores as a kid and bought one single gummy bear for 7 cents!! 😂 My wife and I love the Heavenly Hash fudge (I think they call it Holy Hash now for copyright reasons). This particular time I also ordered a quarter pound of the Vanilla walnut fudge as well. It was very tasty. ~Bradley

Fast and friendly always. Best value and place to go! If something is going on with your vehicle other than your oil, they will let you know! Vacuum carpets and fill up fluids as well. I always use jiffy lube! ~Francesca

Ok, don't get me wrong. The staff was great, the service was cool, and the sales were amazing. My situation was with their payment system that they knew were a bit faulty. It froze during a price check, and it froze during my transaction. My wife, son and I from out of town stopped on our way back home, shopped around and grabbed some items. Total $286. I asked to split amount between 2 credit cards, which was possible, so I proceeded to. First transaction $143 went thru no problem. Second, the card declined, system froze. Now, I kno my card has sufficient funds, check account, all good. Waited for staff to attempt problem solving, which in turn resulted in a supervisor being called. Same attempt, unsure of options. Was told, if they refunded, IT would have to be called, transaction canceled, wait on refund. Still have to pay the total $286. Definitely not feeling that, wife a bit briskly at the moment. Second option, cash, which I didn't possess. Ok, supervisor tells me head to customer service where I'd locate an ATM. NOPE!!!!!! Back across the parking lot, told her of results. Her next idea, purchase a gift card in remaining balance, they can ring it in manually. NOPE!!!!!!! Now, I've already told the wife, go shop elsewhere because she's in full screw it all mode, I figured her having a moment without the ol watchful eye, to freely shop would brighten her day. Add the fact she can take the 6 yr old temperamental, I want everything I see, can't stop moving from the equation, would allow the situation to be much more let's say, peaceful. Now, the reason I'm being all drawn out, is the fact that one employee, who, honestly was great found it ok to say " man, if you had just ran this on 1 card, you'd be out of here by now." Ummm, sir, I think as a customer I can pay however I please, am able too, want to and thru my hard work, can." I say this to say, guys, let's focus on customer service. I'm in the industry of giving the utmost respect to individuals that allow me to be paid. That might be cute to you, but let's remember we still have a job that requires respect. Anyways, after a call to the manager, found out that they had to in turn, restart register, use gift card, then require another payment of $143.13 which then resulted in me being told I should dispute the transaction from the fist half of the transaction to get my money back. Yea, nahhhhh. You should do your job and assure that I'm returned my money, due to your faulty system. Guy's as a consumer, I should be able to pay by any means that your company accepts. Two, three, four cards and cash if I want to. How about you do the job and provide the customer with an experience that make them want to come back? I found what I wanted, was not helped, but received the answer to a question by a young lady in glasses that was on the floor. You go you. The job is more than stand behind the register and conversate amongst one another. Will definitely bypass the location next time I'm around, because like I said, as much of a good experience I had, the systems, training, and customer service was to be desired. Problem solving needs to have a much clearer path. This is on upper management. ~Nellan

In all honesty, they should shutter this place. How can they not have chicken pot-pies? Seriously? That they allow customers to drive away with nothing, tells you everything you need to know about this establishment. I can promise this, I'll never go back! FYI - I was forced to give them one star, it's the only possible way to warn others. ~sherry

Opened the store door, a dog rushed out. Next a man ( the owner ) pushed me aside and chased after the dog. With dog in tow, he asked if he could help me. I told him I’m here to look around. He said no, I’m giving a lesson you can come back in 10 or 15 minutes. No sorry from the owner, just a rude attitude. I search different area guitar shops ( I’m on vacation ) for vintage or unique guitars. This place from the outside looked interesting. My 15 second glance inside proved me wrong. The place is a mess, and after that not so welcoming reception, forget about it!! ~James

Checking off boxes on our Ocean City bucket list...visited this gem in between thunderstorms. This one was closer to our condo but definitely smaller than others we had seen. Staff was very friendly and helpful and they had a great selection of chocolate. If you have little ones, beware of all the little stuffed animals for sale under all the candy. A little pricey but comparable to other specialty candy stores in other vacation cities. I would recommend especially for things to do on a rainy day. ~Anne

On our way to a Boutique we spotted Chico’s Off the Rack and its one of my spouse’s favorite stores so we quickly stooped in the outlets and she popped in and bought a top at a reasonable price. Then off we went back on our drive. ~RR

I work at Ulta so I stop into this Bath and Body Works quite often. At least once a week. The employees here are SO WONDERFUL! They are always helpful and kind. They ask what scents you like and will take you to items you may like. They are all so knowledgeable! Thanks for being a great place to go for some genuine kindness! Jess knew I like a particular scent of candle. So when it came in she came to Ulta to let me know. Can't say enough good things about this store and it's employees!!! ~Brandon

The food was really good! The staff was friendly and helpful. The only problem was the volume. The music was so loud none of our group could hear each other even though we were sitting on the opposite side of the building away from the band. I suggest lowering the volume or installing something to buffer the sound a bit. I would definitely come back, want to try out that second floor! ~Spencer1316
