In all honesty, they should shutter this place. How can they not have chicken pot-pies? Seriously? That they allow customers to drive away with nothing, tells you everything you need to know about this establishment. I can promise this, I'll never go back! FYI - I was forced to give them one star, it's the only possible way to warn others.

Not only was the employees rude but they've been sold out of chicken every time I go. And today I was told it would only be 10 minutes to wait for the tenders and 30 minutes for the other chicken to cook. Then it changed to 15 minutes and then again for an hour. Never thought KFC could run out of chicken. Somethings got to give because it was ridiculous. I shouldn't have to wait for food if the employees were actually staying on top of it. I ate at the one in GA all the time with no issues. They were never ever out of chicken, regular or tenders. Such a shame.

Everytime I go here, there's problems. Bad food, bad employees, bad store. Shame to have to drive an extra 30 minutes to avoid the hassle

Literally in the drive thru right now and they said they closed. It says they close at 1am tonight via Google maps. I swear these franchise companies are going to pot. The people that work in these places cook the food very poorly and the management is just a trashy as the rest of the company. Minimal supervision, and they think these people are producing product at its best quality? Smh. Kfc will see its end too. Soon. I'm done patronizing this business for sure. I've been done so wrong for far too long. I'll smile when I see this trash company go out of business completely.

Worst service ever they didn't want to wait on me and then was told they were out of famous bowls because they didn't want to make potatoes and corn at 430 in the evening then argue with me about the mobile order I made didn't want to give me my order won't be coming back.

I've never had bad KFC until today. The staff gave me the wrong order. All of the chicken was hard hard and dry. The gravy was watered down. The worse I've ever had.

Worst service and food ever. Rude drive through employees that slammed the Windows when we told them that our food was missing items. After several minutes of then just standing there talking doing anything they still brought out the incorrect side items. Asked to speak with a manager who was clearly walking back and forth was told that we couldn’t because she was on break and if we wanted to go park out front and wait for her to come after she finished. This is after minutes in the drive through all ready. So we never got to speak with her. All of this after spending over $100 on 3 large orders. Get back to the room non of the chicken was original like that half we asked for. So we ended up with all crispy that was old hard and dry. Never again will be returning
