Not a huge selection for being an added adidas store. Went in for white cheer shoes for my daughter. Didnt end up getting anything since they didn't really have anything all white.

Ok, don't get me wrong. The staff was great, the service was cool, and the sales were amazing. My situation was with their payment system that they knew were a bit faulty. It froze during a price check, and it froze during my transaction. My wife, son and I from out of town stopped on our way back home, shopped around and grabbed some items. Total $286. I asked to split amount between 2 credit cards, which was possible, so I proceeded to. First transaction $143 went thru no problem. Second, the card declined, system froze. Now, I kno my card has sufficient funds, check account, all good. Waited for staff to attempt problem solving, which in turn resulted in a supervisor being called. Same attempt, unsure of options. Was told, if they refunded, IT would have to be called, transaction canceled, wait on refund. Still have to pay the total $286. Definitely not feeling that, wife a bit briskly at the moment. Second option, cash, which I didn't possess. Ok, supervisor tells me head to customer service where I'd locate an ATM. NOPE!!!!!! Back across the parking lot, told her of results. Her next idea, purchase a gift card in remaining balance, they can ring it in manually. NOPE!!!!!!! Now, I've already told the wife, go shop elsewhere because she's in full screw it all mode, I figured her having a moment without the ol watchful eye, to freely shop would brighten her day. Add the fact she can take the 6 yr old temperamental, I want everything I see, can't stop moving from the equation, would allow the situation to be much more let's say, peaceful. Now, the reason I'm being all drawn out, is the fact that one employee, who, honestly was great found it ok to say " man, if you had just ran this on 1 card, you'd be out of here by now." Ummm, sir, I think as a customer I can pay however I please, am able too, want to and thru my hard work, can." I say this to say, guys, let's focus on customer service. I'm in the industry of giving the utmost respect to individuals that allow me to be paid. That might be cute to you, but let's remember we still have a job that requires respect. Anyways, after a call to the manager, found out that they had to in turn, restart register, use gift card, then require another payment of $143.13 which then resulted in me being told I should dispute the transaction from the fist half of the transaction to get my money back. Yea, nahhhhh. You should do your job and assure that I'm returned my money, due to your faulty system. Guy's as a consumer, I should be able to pay by any means that your company accepts. Two, three, four cards and cash if I want to. How about you do the job and provide the customer with an experience that make them want to come back? I found what I wanted, was not helped, but received the answer to a question by a young lady in glasses that was on the floor. You go you. The job is more than stand behind the register and conversate amongst one another. Will definitely bypass the location next time I'm around, because like I said, as much of a good experience I had, the systems, training, and customer service was to be desired. Problem solving needs to have a much clearer path. This is on upper management.

I usually have trouble finding the shoes I want but always find clothing. However, I went last week because my adidas that I always wear are getting hard to take long treks in. I got a pair of runners for $30 and I freaking love them! And the employee who helped me was so kind and personable. I’m thrilled with my purchase.

This is a great store, good product at a good price. I had fun meeting some of the staff, a reserve military young man particularly impressed me. Just a great experience, there was a 21 year military veteran in line and I paid for his sons shoes, a minimal gesture considering his fathers service to our nation. I really like the shoes I bought, comfortable, I like to walk, like miles. My wife likes hers as well. I got a good deal on good products. If you need sports shoes or clothing you should check this place out.
