Never get the wing and pizza special! It's not a deal. They bring you 4 at a time. Took over an hour to get our food. And was charged for condiments and a credit card fee. And automatically added 18% tip to the bill. I think I should be able to choose if they get more than 15% but service sucked and manager said nothing they could do about it. $200 for 6 people rediculouridiculous! I'm a local and will never be back. Way better places around here.

First and foremost just read previous reviews. I live within a mile of Tugos, eaten there several times but will not return. We had out of town company, decided to do pizza and wings a football special. Others had subs. It was not crowded maybe 5 tables. Took about 45 min to get partial order. Wings came, no pizza. Another hour for pizza to go with special. Then another 45 min for more wings. All you can eat should be just that.A total of 8 wings all you can eat. My son who us very patient got the bill. Charges were crazy. Blue cheese 4 dollars for a scope size serving. 4 of them. 8 dollars to add pepperoni to child pizza. It was out ragious. He talked to manager about the special and other costs. No one even ordered the blue cheese, it was brought with wings. Manager was beyond rude. We will not return or recommend this place.

We went for all-you-can-eat wings and Monday Night Football. The wings were really good with several options. I almost didn't give 5 stars because the service was a bit slow. They bring out 5 wings at a time and take their time before bringing out more. The wait was worth it though. I'm looking forward to going again! Ordered take out in the restaurant. Ordered a hamburger sub and a cheeseburger sub with nothing but fried onions and mayo. Got 2 cheeseburger subs with everything. Good thing I am not allergic. Food is good but not good enough to not get what you ask for.

Food was delicious. Weather it was Pizza, meatball sub, chicken tenders, or a burger or a wrap everything was outstanding. Great service. Fast and friendly service. Would most highly be eating here. I read some reviews and those that said the food had no taste have Dead taste buds. Our starters which was cheese bread, mozzarella sticks and fries were so delicious. Some people have to criticize everything. Stop by Pizza Tugos, (the one near Francis Scott Key) you'll be glad you did.

Pizza was good fries were good. Then at the end they say they charge a 3.5% charge for cards. Wow really.. 8/18. Ants on the tables. Moved us. 25 mins and still haven't wiped the tables. Ordered a 1/2 pound of fries got maybe a quarter half of what we go last time. Even the waitress said it was short but the said the cook didn't care. Now 45 mins being here and still no one has wiped the nasty ant infested tables . Hard to get pics of them.

FALSE ADVERTISING! If I could give them zero starts I would. On our way back from the beach we see the sign below which is right above the entrance to the restaurant. I was greeted by a young clueless girl… I go in and say I’d like to order the special you have advertised. She looks at me and says I quote “That is a really old sign and we don’t have any specials anymore.” SERIOUSLY! So I explained to her that it’s false advertising and where is the manger. I was then told the manager doesn’t come in till the evening. I asked to Speak to whoever at this point is in charge. She disappeared… I just got aggravated and left. Why would you advertise a special and not honor it. That is just bad business. So is this a game just to get people to stop and hope they will stay and order food? Someone needs to get their head out of their 🍑. Would never return. So we ended up ordering from another place that actually honored their specials. Zero stars for me!

Had dinner here. The nachos were good. Wife said the her chicken hoagie wasn't bad or best. Kids' food wasn't bad. My burger left me full, but was tasteless. Ended up going back to the nachos to get some flavor. Wife's alcoholic beverage was also not made well so was sent back and my ice tea tasted stale. Atmosphere is decent though.

The food was really good! The staff was friendly and helpful. The only problem was the volume. The music was so loud none of our group could hear each other even though we were sitting on the opposite side of the building away from the band. I suggest lowering the volume or installing something to buffer the sound a bit. I would definitely come back, want to try out that second floor!

We had a good experience at this Pizza Tugos location! I had a Pepperoni Calzone and it good, my only issue was the amount of ricotta cheese in it. There was hardly and mozzarella! On the other hand, my husband ordered the Rocky Top Burger and he Loved it! It's a burger with pulled pork on top of it, he said it was the best sandwich he's had in a long time! Overall the service was good and the atmosphere was fun! Will try again!
