I came in to exchange a pair of shoes WITH my receipt. I was told they don’t take returns or exchanges after 14 days. The 14th day was yesterday, not even a whole 24 hours ago. I called 4 other Shoe Citys and was told that they would be happy to honor it. I called the supervisor at this location to share this with him, and he didn’t have a care about my inconvenience. He was nonchalant and dismissive. Drove 20 minutes to another shoe city for my exchange. Great customer service and no funky attitude. I would skip this spot and head over to the next one. ~Bilen
