Best contact lenses supplier in Silver Spring, Maryland (MD) 2024

Their service is pathetic and infuriating! I placed an order for contact lenses and no one ever got back to me for 4 weeks. Their automated call system is so terrible that it took 5 calls for it to get my name. When it could not understand my name, it connected me to an actual person (almost 2 days of this). The staff (on phone) wasn't much help either. After listening to my problem, they made me hold for several minutes instead of answering my query. I never received an answer or a call back! I am now trying to write them an email! Such apathy and disregard of customers. Reply to the Owner's response: You responded to my review immediately because you are focused on your public perception and image. But it has been more than 2 days since I emailed your customer care and I still haven't received a reply. My calls continue to be unanswered! ~Nitin
