Not a pharmacy. Google lied. Not the first time and won’t be the last. Lost 30 minutes of my life. ~Mark

I am extremely disappointed with this pharmacy. After my prescription was sent over by my doctor, they failed to complete filling the prescription on their end. We called in to confirm the medicine and they said it would be delivered in 2 days. After 6 days of not receiving the medicine, we decided to call and make sure it was on its way. It was not. They had an error on their end and tried to place blame on me and my doctor. My doctor and I both did everything we were supposed to do on our end. One of their pharmacists was completely incompetent when entering it in to their system online. I never received a call notifying me that there was an error with the prescription. I was completely uninformed. It is coming up on a week without my medication, which is not ideal, and now they are making me start the process with my doctor again for the medicine to be released. This is not only adding time, but now adding unnecessary money of mine being used. Today when I called and got no solution to the error, I decided to make it easier for them and just drive up to the pharmacy, which is 45 minutes from my house. When I got there, I still did not receive my medicine despite going completely out of my way. The man talking to me kept saying "Talk to your mother to resolve this," which felt very disrespectful. I am 18 years old and a legal adult. The man didn't really help me resolve the issue with releasing the medicine, despite it being an error on their end. I am extremely disappointed in this company and do not recommend purchasing medicine from them. It will be a waste of time, money and effort. ~Anna

They always forget to prepare my prescription. The lady who is working there is unfriendly and does not even answer questions properly. The worst pharmacy I ever had. I just changed my pharmacy and I could get 3 months supply but Safeway pharmacy said that my insurance allows only monthly refill which is not true because like I said other pharmacy gives me 3 months supply. ~Eyob
