I am extremely disappointed with this pharmacy. After my prescription was sent over by my doctor, they failed to complete filling the prescription on their end. We called in to confirm the medicine and they said it would be delivered in 2 days. After 6 days of not receiving the medicine, we decided to call and make sure it was on its way. It was not. They had an error on their end and tried to place blame on me and my doctor. My doctor and I both did everything we were supposed to do on our end. One of their pharmacists was completely incompetent when entering it in to their system online. I never received a call notifying me that there was an error with the prescription. I was completely uninformed. It is coming up on a week without my medication, which is not ideal, and now they are making me start the process with my doctor again for the medicine to be released. This is not only adding time, but now adding unnecessary money of mine being used. Today when I called and got no solution to the error, I decided to make it easier for them and just drive up to the pharmacy, which is 45 minutes from my house. When I got there, I still did not receive my medicine despite going completely out of my way. The man talking to me kept saying "Talk to your mother to resolve this," which felt very disrespectful. I am 18 years old and a legal adult. The man didn't really help me resolve the issue with releasing the medicine, despite it being an error on their end. I am extremely disappointed in this company and do not recommend purchasing medicine from them. It will be a waste of time, money and effort.

Nice to use a small pharmacy. Nice and efficient staff. Only thought is that if you are used to 24/7 access to pharmacy you might have to recognize that it closes for lunch and for the evening. Not a big deal but worth noting

Best Pharmacy experience ever had. I’ve been waiting to get my prescriptions from my local pharmacy for long time but they weren’t able to offer any discount and it was almost $2000. Musgrove was able to get my meds for $25 , Brand name and within 1 day of order.

I had a great experience with this pharmacy, I am so glad my doctor looked out for me and suggested Musgrove rather than my local CVS because the prescription I needed wouldn't be covered by insurance, and Musgrove was able to get me the prescription for $7!! The representative that I spoke with on the phone was very kind and explained everything to me perfectly. They deliver the prescriptions at no extra charge which is amazing, and it got delivered really quickly.

I went to another pharmacy and my prior authorization was denied by my insurance. The pharmacy wanted to charge $500 for my son’s medication!! My doctor suggested Musgrove Pharmacy and they were able to get my son’s medication for a $25 copay. I received my medication in the mail the next day. I highly recommend this pharmacy!!

Terrible pharmacy. Never delivered medication last month after promising to two times. Then I told them not to refill my medicine anymore; that I would get it at CVS where I can go pick it up myself and know it will be there. Instead without my requesting it, they delivered medicine to me this month. Medicine has to be refrigerated. It arrived at room temperature and the ice pack in the package was hot! My medicine is ruined and I do not know if insurance will pay for another dose this month. This pharmacy is awful! And they close at 5pm, so I cannot speak to anyone there until tomorrow.

Seems like the team is disordered, I have to keep re-explain my information or it seems like no one is understanding me they can't pick up where we left off. They'll say I'll get a phone call back and it'll be days on end.....It's like they're playing messenger because the person on the phone don't know the hell they're doing when they can just have the person who they're asking all the questions to speak to me directly instead of wasting time. I thought having a pharmacy right by my doctors office will help but it doesn't. You guys deal with such a smaller volume than cvs and they barely can keep up it seems. The girl on the phone was rude, the manager also seemed like there wasn't much he can do to help me out which overall makes this experience trash. You guys have absolutely gave me the worst individual pharmacy experience that I can't ever forget or forgive.
