I really want to like this pharmacy but I find whenever I am attempting to refill a prescription there are multiple obstacles to hurdle. I continuily receive different information from the front desk technicians regarding why a prescription has not been filled, only to then find out after the second or third try it has been filled. When I question them about the inaccurate information I have received previously there is no response or even an apology. I find it quite frustrating, just today my inlaw called to get a refill and he was told, "they could not refill it due to it being to soon," "but he could call his doctor and have them call a special order in". He called me for help, by chance I looked at his account online and it showed the medication "in process"! I called the pharmacy and they of course told me they were filling it and it should be ready in an hour. The information relayed to my inlaw, to me, then to the pharmacy could not have been more than 30 minutes! I literally do not understand all the miscommunication. ~Sherrie
