Best convenience store in Thurmont, Maryland (MD) 2024

My credit card was left in the gas pump, a kind stranger turned it into the store - and someone in the store (Reischa ?) called the credit card company, who in turn notified me of my loss. I’m being sent a replacement- and Reisha (sp) said she’d destroy the one in her possession. Great customer relations effort!! ~Lew

We clicked unleaded and filled up. Charged us the super premium price. Went in to get our money back and the cashier told us she couldn’t do anything and that she’d have a manager call us. We have yet to hear anything. Have tried contacting them twice since. $10 dollars down the drain. Will not be coming here ever again and will be advising everyone we know not to go here. ~Abigail

I really want to like this pharmacy but I find whenever I am attempting to refill a prescription there are multiple obstacles to hurdle. I continuily receive different information from the front desk technicians regarding why a prescription has not been filled, only to then find out after the second or third try it has been filled. When I question them about the inaccurate information I have received previously there is no response or even an apology. I find it quite frustrating, just today my inlaw called to get a refill and he was told, "they could not refill it due to it being to soon," "but he could call his doctor and have them call a special order in". He called me for help, by chance I looked at his account online and it showed the medication "in process"! I called the pharmacy and they of course told me they were filling it and it should be ready in an hour. The information relayed to my inlaw, to me, then to the pharmacy could not have been more than 30 minutes! I literally do not understand all the miscommunication. ~Sherrie
