I was in not long ago because I was having trouble with my account. I went into the store and was helped by a guy named Tyran. He was very nice when he asked if I need assistance. He was able to help me with my problem very quickly and without issue. If anyone needs help go see Tyran! He's the man! 💯

Alex provided outstanding customer service solving a very difficult problem. He spent hours finding a solution. His patience, knowledge & professionalism were impressive. I’m 67 years old & have never had such fabulous customer service. Alex managed to get me a phone when mine was dying & inventory is low & difficult to get. I had purchased the phone at a different Verizon store & had to pick it up at Alex’s store. The computer system wasn’t permitting it. Alex made sure I left with a working phone!
