Best sunglasses store in Towson, Maryland (MD) 2024

From start to finish, the staff is great, very attentive. I have been going here for years now and was familiar with the primary optometrist here before he left and it seems since then they still have great ones to fill in. The optometrist today really took the time to make sure I had the right prescription lens that fit me. They still have a great selection of frames, always have a hard time choosing. ~Lady

Overall the employees were friendly despite being impatient at times. The doctor was in a rush which gave me a bit of anxiety during the exam. The main problem is that when the employee sat me down to actually order my glasses she did not go over any elective options or review the order with me. I assumed that she had read the doctor’s recommendations paper that I gave to her that had my elective selections on it (non-glare, poly). I ended up with lenses that were not anti-glare or poly. When I called to resolve the issue the woman on the phone seemed impatient and completely unapologetic. I now have to make more trips to the store and I’ll be without glasses for even longer. Totally inconvenient and a waste of time. ~Monty
