Best watch store in Waldorf, Maryland (MD) 2024

Not helpful and disappointing. Normally I’m very pleased with my experience at every Zales I go to. Like last time they went above and beyond to help me get my diamond ring fixed. But went in to get a new band and have one of my diamonds reset because it is loose. But the lady couldn’t find my account and refused to help me until I bring in paperwork from when I bought both my rings. They were going to withhold my ring because they didn’t believe we had fully purchased it. Almost had to call the Sheriffs department on this store from them not returning my ring. Don’t understand how last time they could do everything so easily with just my phone number but now they can’t find my account and act like I have never done business with them. Safe to say this lifelong Zales customer will be looking elsewhere for jewelry. ~Ash
