They had a lot of wonderful jewelry on sale. I saved big on a necklace for my daughter. I thought they were very reasonable and a lot of prices affordable.

Not helpful and disappointing. Normally I’m very pleased with my experience at every Zales I go to. Like last time they went above and beyond to help me get my diamond ring fixed. But went in to get a new band and have one of my diamonds reset because it is loose. But the lady couldn’t find my account and refused to help me until I bring in paperwork from when I bought both my rings. They were going to withhold my ring because they didn’t believe we had fully purchased it. Almost had to call the Sheriffs department on this store from them not returning my ring. Don’t understand how last time they could do everything so easily with just my phone number but now they can’t find my account and act like I have never done business with them. Safe to say this lifelong Zales customer will be looking elsewhere for jewelry.

I recently just visited the store to buy a Movato watch. I must say the atmosphere in that store was nothing short of perfection. Thank you Nadine, you took care of me and you just bought yourself a new lifetime customer. Im going to tell all my friends to get their watches at this location. Just ask for Nadine. She is drop dead gorgeous, just like my new watch.

Zales is horrible! I can’t stress this enough. The store in Charles County, Maryland is the worse. The store is rarely open and when you call customer service to find out why, they don’t know why. I bought a Diamond ring and it took me a month to get it after it was supposed to be sent out for sizing. They gave it to me in a litle plastic baggie when u did receive it. Please find another Jelwrey store and don’t shop a Zales!

Do not purchase from this Zales. I went in for two things, one to clean my ring and two to purchase a new item. The lady Carroll had a very arrogant and condescending attitude and could care less to extend her services. She is very unprofessional and she should not be working there anymore. Based on previous reviews, this is obviously an ongoing issue.

The other day I went jewelry shopping at the Zales location inside of the St Charles mall. I was looking specifically for engagement rings but was a bit hesistant and unsure of what I was looking for. A beautiful young associate named Nadine came by asking if I needed any assistance. She took the time to show me the entire inventory of rings on display. She asked me what kind of taste my girlfriend likes and I described everything the best I could and we eventually found just the perfect ring. Everybody please go visit Nadine, she knows her diamonds so well. Im so excited to pop the question now. Thank you so much Nadine and Zales.

The new lady Nadine, she is wonderful! My dad took me there to get necklaces for my sister and I but we were unsure what to get. She looked for us and found the best choices, she definitely has taste…i’m very satisfied with the service she provided..she is very nice and also very beautiful.

I visited this Zales today with my Granddaughter to look at some gifts I was interested in possibly buying. I was appalled by the disrespectful and disregarded way we were treated. Sales lady finished up with her current customer and I was the only person in there not being assisted. She walks past me to help a customer that just walked in. He was a caucasian gentleman. I waited but it was obvious that she did not want to help us so I walked out. They were unbothered none the less. Well they have never and will ever get my business! The service is unprofessional and horrible!

I have taken my wedding set religiously every six months to have my diamonds inspected and also sent out to have them re plated with white gold, they have lost the rings and given them to another customer, gave me the wrong ring, and I have now been without my wedding set for a month and a half and I called to check the status and they tell me that my diamonds cannot be tightened because my setting is damaged/weak from wear. I asked why am I just now finding this out after bring the set in twice a year to be checked!! I asked them what I'm suppose to do now and the sales rep had no answers or solutions for me. She told me I would have to wait until she spoke with the jeweler and her manager to see what the repairs would cost. We have had nothing but problems from this store since day one. We actually purchased the set from Zales of Annapolis which was a very positive experience. I have only had my rings for 5 years. I'm hoping this will get resolved and we will not have to come out of pocket for anything. Do not recommend this store for your major purchases.

Sometimes it really boils down to the simplistic amenities in life. I've visited Zales on numerous occasions and each time I truly feel like my needs have been met, whether I make a purchase or not. There are a few items that stand out to me when visiting a jewelry store. From store design, window display, multiple fixtures and even lighting, almost everything in a jewelry store must add up to a more enjoyable and comfortable shopping experience for me....and Zales doesn't disappoint! On this particular visit I wanted to surprise my husband and purchase some gifts for him. It wasn't a holiday nor his birthday....just something to say, "I love you and thanks for being a wonderful husband!" I'm definitely a spoiled handful, but he manages quite well and he deserves recognition! Hahaha and wink ;) Anyway my sales representative was uh-mazing. Just an overall pleasant attitude and bubbly personality. It was pretty quiet in the store, so I definitely appreciated the extra attention. After my purchases, the sales representative kindly and professionally wrapped the Bulova watch and necklace I had purchased. So very beautiful....the kind of wrapping you don't want to open!!! All these little things made sure that I walked out of Zales feeling pleased and satisfied!!! Thank you!!!
