BREEEEEE is her name, according to them, she’s the manager. She refused to give me the money back (because of 5 days) 4 if you count the holiday. Super unprofessional, used the minority card. I honestly don’t know how she’s managing the store. I feel bad for whoever comes in and needs her to help you out like I did. And the day I came in, they returned past the 30 days for someone else!! I don’t know why adidas policy is like this. That’s why they lose costumers. Now she can’t give me the store credit because they don’t have the card

While the stock here is fine, I almost felt like I was bothering the salesperson. Cashier thought was the saving grace. Very jovial. Odd experience. Not sure this would be my store of choice if there were others nearby.

Employees at this store are NOT very helpful. They simply refuse to make a simple call to the nearest store to check availability, while the store is basically empty.

Amazing atmosphere!! Dana was a great help. Got us everything we needed and made sure all of our questions were answered. She knew it all!! This store looks out for military as well. Treated this veteran right!!

Ms.DANA , DANA , DANA. Lol I had to write a review for her, because she was very nice and helpful. It was a very warming welcome from her. We tried on about four pair of shoes total and she did not have a problem going back-and-forth to get anything although she was mad busy. She was just cool as hell and I love good service, so shout out to Dana. Susie was at the door mad sweet also.

Not the biggest sportswear store in Lenox Mall when compared to Nike next door to it but it still got a lot shop for. I would say it’s pretty new maybe in the last couple of months around the COVID timing. I have been here a couple of times and got something clothing for my girlfriend but not for me, doesn’t seem like they have sales yet but I am sure they will. Today, they were giving out a free keychain with price which is pretty cool.

Lack Luster Service I purchased a pair of shoes for my Mom and they were to large. We went inside of the store at Lenox to exchange the size. The service Rep Cherie did not initiate help or solutions of any type. Finally the shoes were replaced via online. I will not venture out to this location again.
