Having to go through the process of renting car when your own car needs to be in the shop is never a pleasant experience, unless you get the opportunity to be taken care of by Katie at Enterprise. She is beyond excellent! She made me feel like a superstar and went far above what I would ever expect from a car rental company. Like, this woman should work at a Four Seasons hotel with the way she cares about her customers. She made sure she got me into a rockin red Jeep when my Tesla was in the shop, and having to swap out your Telsa is already a sad situation, but she made me leave so happy in my cool new (for now) whip.
