The SUV I rented had brake problems. Once I had driven the car a bit, I called and asked if I could get a different SUV. The branch I talked with (Danvers, MA) really was not helpful. All they said was they could give me a small SUV, and that would not work because we had a family trip with 6 people and a lot of luggage. Really disappointing experince.

Having to go through the process of renting car when your own car needs to be in the shop is never a pleasant experience, unless you get the opportunity to be taken care of by Katie at Enterprise. She is beyond excellent! She made me feel like a superstar and went far above what I would ever expect from a car rental company. Like, this woman should work at a Four Seasons hotel with the way she cares about her customers. She made sure she got me into a rockin red Jeep when my Tesla was in the shop, and having to swap out your Telsa is already a sad situation, but she made me leave so happy in my cool new (for now) whip. Thanks again Katie!

Overall, the car rental experience was fine but when I was picked up I didn't feel valued as a customer. Two Caucasian women came to the business where I dropped my car off. One got out of the vehicle and went inside and didn't see anyone and yelled to the other lady that no one is here. The lady in the vehicle rolled her window down and asked if I called Enterprise for a ride and I said "yes". I noticed the person who went in to look for me looked towards her colleague with a strange look. I'm African American and I had on a black skull cap so in my mind I felt she was frightened to give me a ride to Enterprise. I needed to speak with a technician before leaving with her so she says, "She will be back she has to make more rounds." She returns and takes me to Enterprise. A very quiet trip but once we get to Enterprise her demeanor becomes friendly and engaging. I was very saddened by the experience! Finally, they don't have a car in which will fit my per diem yet they do offer one above my per diem to get me out the door.

I recently neededto rent a car through my insurance company due to a car accident and my car being in the shop for about a week. I had a seemless experience with Enterprise in Danvers, MA. I was picked up at the autobody shop within 20 minutes and brought back to the dealer for a quick turnaround.

Alex Davis assistant us on our rental and although the rental we ordered was not in stock, we were upgraded to an SUV at no additional cost. While taking his time with us, he rushed to get the SUV prepared and cleaned. He knew we had been waiting so he started cleaning it himself. Alex turned a negative situation into a positive experience and a lifetime customer. Maybe he should loose the Assistant on his card and become manager. Thanks again Alex!

I recently had a collision with a deer and it left me needing a rental car for three weeks while my vehicle was being repaired.
