I can't say enough about the service I received at the Danvers location on Maple St. The staff was engaging, polite, patient and extremely professional. Jared helped me to select the right phone, set it up and walked me through each procedure. He also took the time to organize my apps on the phone screen.. I am challenged, at times, with technology yet he made every question I had a teachable moment. I was never made to feel incompetent. The staff overall is very receptive and friendly. Jared was so considerate that I switched all my devices to Verizon. Jared is a real asset to the Verizon company. I had to return later with another question and Charlie took care of me with the same patience and consideration. Kudos to Verizon for employing such fine young men. ~Joan

I usually abide by the "if you don't have something nice to say..." mantra, but in this case I feel compelled to leave a negative review so that others can avoid the kind of negative experiences I have had at this Firestone location. Last December I had them do a wheel swap to put my snow tires on our Subaru Forester (tires already on separate rims). In the process, they broke three wheel studs when taking off the lug nuts. This same location had put the other rims on the previous Spring, so if the lugs were cross threaded, they were the ones to do it. I had to pay for the replacement of the three studs that Firestone technicians broke. This is the second time this has happened at this Firestone. The manager at this location told me that this is common with the Subaru studs. This is bogus, this is my third Subaru, and the other one I currently have, which has only been serviced at the dealership, has never had this problem. I called the corporate Firestone phone number and filed a complaint, and filled out the email survey, indicating that I wished to be contacted, and I never heard back. I wanted to be refunded for the broken studs that I paid for. As long as I have the option to go somewhere else, I will not be giving any more business to this Firestone. I was a customer of this place for many years. ~Andrew

Surprisingly friendly staff and Best prices around; BUT check your receipts, because lately, I've been getting overcharged an average of once per visit. I know they're incredibly busy and shorthanded, so I understand why this happens; but it always seems to be in their favor, not mine. And I have not had the time to wait at the service desk to complain. ~Mr.

The gas prices and the shorter lines is the number one best thing about bjs. I also like the ability to order online for pickup outside. Fantastic. The only reason I deducted a star is the staff at the front door is terrible. A bit too rude and they touch all your items. It feels violating after I specifically shop and cash myself out so I'm avoiding extra touch points. ~Lisa

Having to go through the process of renting car when your own car needs to be in the shop is never a pleasant experience, unless you get the opportunity to be taken care of by Katie at Enterprise. She is beyond excellent! She made me feel like a superstar and went far above what I would ever expect from a car rental company. Like, this woman should work at a Four Seasons hotel with the way she cares about her customers. She made sure she got me into a rockin red Jeep when my Tesla was in the shop, and having to swap out your Telsa is already a sad situation, but she made me leave so happy in my cool new (for now) whip. The only complaint I have is - often there are no receipts from the pump. Often out of paper ! Is that so hard to replace the paper for your customers ? I’ve watched seniors have to then walk to the cashier and get a receipt. Honestly if they have to pump their own gas , then at least make it easier for them to get their receipt ! Otherwise good prices and not much of a wait. ~Carol
