I've always liked this supermarket chain. In comparison to other supermarkets, the prices are unbeatable, particularly in the deli. This location is consistent, to put it succinctly.

The shelves were organized and plenty of products . The veggie section was beautiful full with great looking vegetables.

The store is a mess inside, from remodeling. Near impossible to find specific items with everything in all new places and every aisle blocked by shelf stocking. That said prices remain the best anywhere. What I got for $165 would have easily cost over $400 at Stop&Shop or Shaws

I wish they would close it for a week to speed up the remodeling. It is a mess inside and I feel is causing many issues, such as being overpriced on items. It used to be much better but this remodel was poorly planned and executed.

This is the grocery store I regular. As most do, I have a love/hate relationship with all market baskets. This one is especially busy... Rage and anxiety inducing busy. The prices are extremely low. The staff is quite helpful, all things considered. The selection is, in my estimation, excellent. Biggest complaint is produce irregularities, shortages, and occasionally mold.

Surprisingly friendly staff and Best prices around; BUT check your receipts, because lately, I've been getting overcharged an average of once per visit. I know they're incredibly busy and shorthanded, so I understand why this happens; but it always seems to be in their favor, not mine. And I have not had the time to wait at the service desk to complain.

Market Basket has the best prices around! They have a large selection of fresh organic produce and frozen berries! Last week they had Fresh Express Salad Kits on sale 2/$4 but they didn't have any Bacon Caesar, which my son eats daily, and I forgot to get a rain check. Yesterday I stopped at the Customer service desk and asked if they would honor the sale price and they did. They gave me a rain check for 6. They only had 2 left left so they changed the quantity on the rain check to 4 so I could get more the next time I was in! That's awesome customer service. I was so thrilled there was nobody in line when I checked out. I love Market Basket in Middleton!

Bad parking, always crowded, not a great selection of items. The layout is unconventional in the sense that refrigerated goods like cheese and milk are all the way to the right of the store, and frozen items/produce are all the way to the left of the store.. the bakery is pretty slim, everything seems imported, so it's hard to find nice bagels or bread like you can at other stores. They have a slim selection of vegetarian goods. The meat department is good for what it's worth, and the prices are competitive, but I avoid getting groceries here unless somebody gives me a gift card or something.
