Just recently got work done on my Subaru Wrx it was a warranty claim had some paint chipping on my front bumper. I called Carl’s and explained to them the situation spoke to Cory he wanted to look at it then spone with Diana very nice person. She saw it and wanted to find out what was the soonest I can drop off the car they fixed my bumper in one day and did a great job. I needed new sanders for the shop in Texas and Burns had the best online price for Dynabrade anywhere ... I got the X51 extreme for bare metal work and the X52 for primed metal. I would never use this body shop ever again. Used parts on my that weren't quality standard. My bumper rusted in less then 1 year and gave me trouble about replacing it. For somebody who says they stand by their work, I think he's full of you know what. Services: Painting, Body & Trim ~kris

So this place was great when it first opened and decent throughout Covid as well but now they are just trashy. Why are acrylic nails chilling on the floor of the locker room for days? Trash and paper everywhere too? Paper towel dispensers that break or are empty, lack of cleaning supplies. Clearly the staff have stopped caring or aren’t paid enough to, but it’s disgusting to walk in and see all of the trash and dirtiness from the day before still there, it’s gross and sad considering it’s a new facility. Thinking about making a switch because I hate a dirty environment. ~B

I have been a Notre Dame member for many years. I used to love them as it was a very warm small town feel and I very much valued the way the credit union operated in making you feel like a person rather than a number. We personally used to work with Ann Marie when it came to personal loans and she was AMAZING! so personable so professional and really knew what she was doing. Sadly she has since retired and the feeling is just not the same. The new head of the loan department is ok but she does NOT return messages and is very difficult to communicate with. She has also given me wrong information in the past. I also believe there is a new assistant manager and to be frank I just don't like how he operates. It feels like he came from a big corporation and he doesn't seem to have the small town credit union feel at all. He's just not representative of what I loved about this credit union for the longest time. I'm sad to say it's just not the same at Notre Dame and once the fees go up there really won't be anything keeping me here anymore. I had a loyalty to this credit union because of the people it employed but I can't say I do anymore. It's very sad. They were once a place I had much respect for in the way that they operated but it feels very much that they are going the same route as a bank now. It's just not the same. Lastly the website seems to have a lot of issues these days. Only works about 75% of the time. When there is an issue it's not usually fixed very quickly as I believe their provider is in Texas? Or so one of the employees told me. Not very convenient when my primary account is here. ~Baby

Very personable and very knowledgeable. We opened a difficult account today and the branch manager helped make the whole process a breeze. Colleen went above and beyond. Mechanics always taken time to help each individual account holder unlike some of the big banks. Absolutely recommend Mechanics for all of your banking needs. ~David

Nothing but positive stuff to say about Advanced auto so my engine light came on and Sergio and his team diagnosed and helped me solve the problem. They are extremely helpful, a service rep also put on my wipers for me too. Every time I’ve been to this location I am always satisfied so this is my new auto parts store .
