Best trailer rental service in Hanover, Massachusetts (MA) 2024

Taylor is amazing. She was so empathetic, so friendly, and so helpful when I had to suddenly move under unfortunate circumstances. The gas tank was only half full and yet it needed to be returned full which was strange. The male staff member was very unprofessional and I think he was illegally employing his underage child? I think he was smoking a cigarette in the back room too. I hope Taylor can retain some decent staff because she seems overworked with the brunt of responsibility. But she knows what she's doing and is good at her job. It's illogical to believe that one person can manage everything at that location cause despite being tucked away, it gets BUSY. ~Teddy
