Taylor is amazing. She was so empathetic, so friendly, and so helpful when I had to suddenly move under unfortunate circumstances. The gas tank was only half full and yet it needed to be returned full which was strange. The male staff member was very unprofessional and I think he was illegally employing his underage child? I think he was smoking a cigarette in the back room too. I hope Taylor can retain some decent staff because she seems overworked with the brunt of responsibility. But she knows what she's doing and is good at her job. It's illogical to believe that one person can manage everything at that location cause despite being tucked away, it gets BUSY.

I would love to leave zero stars if I could. Returned my truck yesterday and get the receipt today and was charged $52 extra for “fuel charges.” Immediately reached out to Uhaul support online and they are refunding me the fees. However, from reading other reviews, this is a very frequently found issue at the location. I believe they have a work for this though, fraud….

Husband booked for his company, showed up to find out they did not have the vehicle they booked him for and they did not have the decency to call and inform us. Showed up here only to be sent to another location. Make sure if you book online, that you call to confirm they do in fact have the vehicle.

Dont rent from the hanover location. Picked up a truck half full on gas they charged me a extra 50$ to fill the gas tanks an i had pictures to prove were the tank was at when i picked it up

I had a good experience. Quick in & out. Truck clean and functional. Staff was honest and helpful. I would recommend to a friend. P.s.- (to Uhaul) Get some big trucks available in Plymouth. 4/5th's of my mileage was driving back and forth to p.u. & d.o. the truck.
