Very clean place. Specifically thought the manger there named Eric is great. He’s very professional, efficient, knows about all the different types of storage units and responds to all requests in a timely manner. Eric made the whole experience an easy process.

We had a great experience here with Eric, he was impeccable. Amazing customer service, gave us a run down on everything. Even had recommendations on what movers we should use, turns out the movers were amazing as well. Definitely would recommend everyone to come here, Eric is the man!, very knowledgeable. Area was clean as well.

Eric was wonderful when I booked a storage unit in the middle of the night for an emergency move. He called me the next day and gave me referrals for movers who were excellent. He also gave us a tour of the storage facilities, showing us different sizes so we could pick a size that works for us. Very happy with the service and the unit is clean, plus with easy drive up access.

I really like CubeSmart, in particular the one on 8525 W Flamingo Blvd. i’ve had the pleasure with dealing with CubeSmart on the East Coast as well both locations stellar.🤩 Eric has been nothing but professional, kind and caring. Greets you with a kind and friendly hello once you step your foot in the door. 🤩 Lauren is also professional and kind as well. She called to remind me (which totally slept my mind) my payment was due. Both Lauren and Eric make you feel welcomed and not just another storage unit customer paying a bill. I’ve been storing my belongings since January 2021 and been nothing pleased with the service extended to me anytime I walk through the door. They do, and have gone the extra mile for me. I highly recommend storing your belong at this CubeSmart located on 8525 West Flamingo Blvd. You will not be disappointed.🤩

Eric was great it’s hard now a days to meet friendly people Eric was awesome very nice and explained everything to me it’s my first time renting a storage he explained it all then took me to a clean storage and showed me how to do all just a great person extremely friendly great employee

I’ve been a customer of Cubesmart for long time . I would definitely recommend this location as I have never had any issues . The manager Eric is a great manager and takes good care of the property. Communication is important to me and I’ve always been able to speak with someone in the office when I’ve needed to . I highly recommend this place to keep your things safe and you will get great customer service..

Eric was GREAT, the staff was great but the price of a 10x10 is beyond ridiculous($200). I moved to a different facility EXACT same size 10x10 for $96.the company itself is crooks but the manager Eric & staff at 8525 w flamingo are fabulous 👌

For 7 years, since 2014, we’ve stored our household goods at CubeSmart (and it’s predecessor) at the 8525 West Flamingo location (store 0494). During that time, we never encountered any major problems. For the majority of that time, we’ve primarily worked with the current manager. We kept in contact throughout that time. Each time we spoke, he remembered my number and even with a different number, he remembered my voice and name which is always positive and reassuring. He was reliable and consistent and always available during business hours. When we had a need to upgrade, he worked with us to accommodate. And when we finally had adequate space and moved our items via PODS, again, he was helpful. To add to that, he identified some helpful resources as we moved out.
