First time renting a truck and using U-haul. It was absolutely the most pleasant experience. I called in to reserve my truck, when I walked in it took less than 5 min to complete the signing process. The representatives were friendly and efficient. Returning the truck was also simple, checking the gas and charging you for the rental. We had a great experience here with Eric, he was impeccable. Amazing customer service, gave us a run down on everything.
