First time renting a truck and using U-haul. It was absolutely the most pleasant experience. I called in to reserve my truck, when I walked in it took less than 5 min to complete the signing process. The representatives were friendly and efficient. Returning the truck was also simple, checking the gas and charging you for the rental. Maximum security? More like minimum. My whole unit in the C building was robbed. They only have live video no recording. I also bought the locks from them that was broken into with no damage on the lock. Store here at your risk. ~Jessica
