Terry the manager is horrible. I actually rented a unit much larger than what I needed because there was none available. I thought I had until the 31st of the month but called to check in on the 27th (today). I was told that although all my belongings were out, because my lock was still on it I would be charged 165 for an additional month. Now when I asked if they could pro rate it for me and I could have the lock removed today, she wasn’t willing to work with me. As a courtesy I even offered 50 dollars which is beyond generous for only a few days, and she even denied that. HORRIBLE customer service! Super rude and not willing to work with me. I would never rent a unit from here and would warn all of you not to give them any business either!

Met a friend here a few weeks ago she rents out a storage space here .. This property isnt big by any means and the broad who runs the joint lives on property... And she doesnt mess around.. Stays on top of things that go down in this facility... And shes usually full so I would call before going to check out availability ..

Nice small place, it sucks that they close so early and not op en on holidays but I like the service

Great storage facility with friendly staff and reasonable prices. The hours of operation are a bit early for anything at night as they are not open 24 hours or after 6pm. Other than the hours the location and prices cannot be beat.
