Scheduled an appointment well in advanced for today at 8:30 am. 4 people waiting outside the door. Place supposed to open at 8:30 but doors were closed at 8:45 so we started knocking at the front door with no response. Then I happen to check my email to find out that the appointment was just canceled due to maintenance. Really? Could not send the message earlier so I could go to work? Could not post a sign at the door and not waste people's valuable time? Place looks like trash and I do not recommend anybody to go to this dump. ~A

Do not recommend this company at all. I purchased two headlights on (8/12) for a 2014 vw Touareg for $875. I was told each headlight would be well packaged and in two separate boxes taped together. When the items arrived 8/19 they were in one box with light packing material. Part of the headlights sticking through the box itself. I immediately open the box to find one of the headlight completely busted out on the backside. I call them 8/19 minutes after receiving to explain the issue. I was told I would receive a call back same day in 20 minutes or so. No one called back that day. I then reached out first thing Monday morning 8/22. Multiple calls no answer. An hour or so later a lady calls me back saying she would review the photos I sent Friday and get back to me. 4 hours later no call back. I then call again. She answers with an attitude as if I am an inconvenience. Her response is she talked to her boss and he was suppose to call me. What she says is basically they were not damaged when they were sent out and i need to file a claim with FedEx because they won’t do anything. I reach out to FedEx and they tell me it’s the sellers responsibility to file the claim as they have all the info. Great. So I submit photos anyways and the claim is denied the next day. FedEx states: “According to the pictures submitted regarding your shipment, we have determined that it was not adequately prepared or packed for safe transportation.” There statement is valid and the items were totally under packaged. All they would have needed to do was spend and extra few minutes to double box and properly wrap the item. It’s clear this company does not care what happens after they have their money. Absolutely the worst experience. Any reputable business would have reimbursed me immediately for the damaged headlight which is a result of their negligence and filed the claim with FedEx themselves. All I asked for was half of the $875 to cover the one damaged headlight. I have now filed a claim with my bank and they will be stepping in to recoup my money. They now ignore calls and will not answer. I expect no response or further assistance from this shady businesses but I will get my money back. ~Hunter
