I paid A LOT to ship an item overnight and to arrive by noon. It didn’t arrive in time and now I’m told it will take a week for the owner to get back to me? Um no….48 hours and I will be doing a chargeback. This was my first time shipping here and it will be my last of this is not handled promptly. ~Franziska
