Best auto dent removal service in Ferndale, Michigan (MI) 2024

I took my 2020 Kia Optima in for some minor body work on the passenger wheel side and the finished product was terrible! There is a patch of rough spot and they let the paint dry in random parts of the seem with the wheel area and the front bumper. I could have done a better job myself! They called 4 hours before they closed to tell me the car was done. I was still working so I had someone else pick it up so I was not able to inspect it. Like really? You felt THIS was complete is all I could think when I saw it! It may have been more reasonable if it were closing time and you were just trying to get it back to me before you were closed the entire weekend! $1,900 for some very poor quality work. I am taking back for them first thing Monday to make it right. I will update my rating once I see the finished product. Services: Painting, Body & Trim ~Christine
