I took my 2020 Kia Optima in for some minor body work on the passenger wheel side and the finished product was terrible! There is a patch of rough spot and they let the paint dry in random parts of the seem with the wheel area and the front bumper. I could have done a better job myself! They called 4 hours before they closed to tell me the car was done. I was still working so I had someone else pick it up so I was not able to inspect it. Like really? You felt THIS was complete is all I could think when I saw it! It may have been more reasonable if it were closing time and you were just trying to get it back to me before you were closed the entire weekend! $1,900 for some very poor quality work. I am taking back for them first thing Monday to make it right. I will update my rating once I see the finished product. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was excited to get my 2020 SUV painted (as well as minor body work done) and chose Maaco-Ferndale to perform the work. My partner and I let them know that we wanted the entire exterior and interior (inside doors and hatch) painted a particular color. They had my vehicle for about two weeks and when it was time for me to pick it up I did a walk around but because of the color of my car I was not able to see some of the imperfections until I got home. I returned the next day with my vehicle and prompted them to correct the mistakes that I saw. They’d cut a gash in my driver side door and left scratches from what seemed to be from the machine they use to prepare it for paint. Additionally, the original paint color could still be seen in a few spots. They had a few excuses as to why they could not get it how we wanted, one being they did not paint door handles (yet they painted it just not well enough to cover all the previous color). It took for me to return my vehicle twice, but unfortunately I’m still not satisfied. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The process was ok, they couldn’t find my appointment confirmation at fist but eventually did locate my information. I dropped it off May 23, 2022 and was ready on June 9, 2022. The paint looked great but there was a small section that was missed, so I have a July 9, 2022 appointment for a sanding and a rub out. I got home, opened my hood and discovered that one of my hood brackets was broken. It was taped to my hood with yellow tape but I was never informed of the damage. Service: Painting

I paid $445 to get driver side painted on a 2012 Ford Taurus mid grade package.but the car came out great I wish it would of had alittle less waves in the clear coat still had a good shine to it tho but that's what wet sanding and buffing Is for right. every other quote I got was $800 for the same job they did such a good job I've since took 2 more vehicles to them.i do most of the work myself changing doors,fenders,hoods......... to keep cost down u can haggle them down a few bucks that's y they will always get my business
