Best cell phone store in Fort Gratiot, Michigan (MI) 2024

Chris was very knowledgeable about options as far as phones that would work best for my son and promotions that were being offered to save us a lot of money. We ended up getting a better phone for my son and I spent a lot less then I was expecting. They had us in and out quickly with all his apps, pictures, contacts and other info transferred to the new phone. He even installed the Screensaver and phone case per my request. ~stacy

Sal was fantastic. On a holiday weekend he took care of us. Immediate service. Never felt like we would be taken advantage of. Great service. Fixed the problem with a broken screen (internally). I received excellent support from this store. I had to visit them twice in two days to fix a problem caused by another Cricket store, and they were helpful and cooperative both times. Naomi knew her business well, and went out of her way to ensure my problem was solved - even when I had to return a second day to do the same thing a second time. I recommend this store. ~Roger
