I received excellent support from this store. I had to visit them twice in two days to fix a problem caused by another Cricket store, and they were helpful and cooperative both times. Naomi knew her business well, and went out of her way to ensure my problem was solved - even when I had to return a second day to do the same thing a second time. I recommend this store.

Went in 10 minutes to close to switch my number to cricket and representative was very rude. She informed me it's store policy to close her drawer. I kindly explained that I don't have alot of spare time and I would be unable to come back without paying my metro pcs bill. I also offered to round up the dollar of whatever the sale was just to be told well my drawer is closed so. Hopefully this gets passed along to the owner because I guess I could understand the drawer closing thing. If I had a business you can bet you close your drawer when the door is locked and you help every customer to the best of your ability. I also don't like the response and the tone like if I was in that situation I would have said I greatly appoligize sir my drawer is closed and locked so I am unable to accept money at this time. Definitely not my drawer is closed so lol sounds like something a teenage girl would be saying like sorry not sorry.

Woman working Tuesday May 26th was extremely rude to my 55 year old mother who was wearing a CDC approved mask. Informed her that her mask wasn't good enough. Once again my mother has a mask that meets CDC requirements. Then was not even helpful during the transaction, i.e. setting up the replacement phone. My mother tried to call to speak to a manager, only to have the same woman answer. Then she called the other location, who told this woman that she called. Then she called my mother yelling, screaming, and swearing.

Katelyn was amazing! My phone was hacked online, the girl at the cricket store in the mall was useless, the customer service guy on the phone was useless. She did a great job getting my phone back up and running. Thanks so much!
