This is for the salon- Kerri M. is FANTASTIC. I’ve been seeing her almost 3 years and I have never been happier with my hair. She always does a wonderful job making me feel beautiful and taken care of, and I would never dream of going to see another stylist. However, it would be nice if at my appointment she didn’t have to pulled away every 2-3 minutes to answer a phone or question. This past appt she had to step away 3 separate times just while blow drying me. (I am NOT blaming Kerri at ALL. She handled everything wonderfully and still made me feel taken care of, it just shouldn’t fall on her to handle everything, especially when she’s with a client and there’s plenty of staff/management around the store available to answer the phone.)

I LOVE this Ulta. They usually have what I need and all the girls are super helpful and definitely not judgey. I LOVE Jodi!! I think she's great and very helpful. She's patient and always listens to my needs so she can suggests the best products for me. Plus she's fun and has a great attitude!!

Took my kids in for a hair cut my daughter had 3 inches cut off, straight across no layers, it was uneven and I asked her to part her hair down the middle before cutting and she didn’t do it, then my son who has long middle part hair, wanted a trim, she cut the back and it was uneven, very very disappointed for $35 per kid for a haircut. Worst cut they’ve ever had. I should’ve known when we walked in the girl who cut their hair was working on her mannequin head. Will never go back there for a haircut again.

I waited around for nearly 20 minutes at the salon with three different employees walking around and chatting before someone finally asked if they could help me and then told me there were no bookings available. It was pretty dead in there too.

Had to return a few things today which turned into an IT hassel since I didn't have the original gift card but manager Erica took care of business & helped me out quickly & professionally by thinking outside the box! Thank you for being awesome! Side note: if you have a multi-store gift card, DO NOT throw it out when it's empty just in case you need it for this such instance.

I've only been here a couple of times but it's very well organized with a wide range of products. I believe normally you can test products as well, but that is not the case due to COVID right now. The staff is very friendly too!

My wife loves to come here for all her makeup needs. Only thing is you can't try stuff on in store due to covid. Learn from me, have your wife try the color before you leave the parking lot. Save a trip.

I wait for their sales. They have really high end makeup, skincare, and hair products. They also have the lower end items. So it's just about what you want. If you need foundation request that they swatch two or three on your face and neck so you get a perfect match. Their sales people are usually very nice but they've got a few duds.

Always have everything I'm looking for and usually have good sales. And they always have coupons available. My only complaint would be that the coupons never apply to what they referred to as the premium items. And you can order online and either have it shipped or pick up at the store for free

This location is OK. I have been to quite a few Ulta Beauty's and the customer service at this one isn't the best. If you know what you want and you're just going in to grab it, you'll be happy. If you need to get some real help, you might be waiting a bit or feel like you didn't get a great answer. Usually I go to an Ulta Beauty in a city where there are multiple locations so service is a priority to keep you as a customer.
