It's truly difficult to overstate how amazing Ray is. Quest is such a welcoming, inclusive, and low-pressure space to start your fitness journey and Ray really and truly cares about all of his clients. He helped me kickstart my fitness journey and even though I was only able to train for a month and a half before a sudden move, his tips, guidance, and encouragement have helped me continue that journey. It's honestly a gem in GR and incredibly affordable for some of the most supportive and educational personal training anywhere. ~Lara

“Stephanie” who works as a cashier here, is the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with. I come here once a week to load money on a prepaid card, never have an issue with anyone But Her! Every single time she slides my card and immediately says “it’s not working” or “it’s declined sorry can’t help you” Today I asked for her supervisor and she just rolled her eyes at me and slide my card again and miraculously it all the sudden “worked” Never says thank you have a good day hello nothing She’s old and miserable clearly and not a good look for who your customers are having interactions with.. ~Jenna

Recently moved from the East side of the state. One phone call with Chris/Kris (female) in the pharmacy and all scripts transferred and refilled. As she put it, "easy-peasy"!! Didnt believe it since I have had issues in the past with Rite-Aid pharmacy. But, just like she said, picked em up and all was "easy-peasy"!! Kudos to all at the pharmacy at this location!! ~Amy

We bought our living room set furniture for our new home at value city. We didn’t mind making the trip from Kalamazoo and it was well worth it. We were helped by Tim Strong. I don’t even have enough words to say about how amazing he was the whole entire time. He was very professional and very knowledgeable about everything we asked about. He was very very patient and took great care of us. He made sure that we got our furniture delivered and the whole entire time he never failed to keep us updated. I highly recommend this value city because the furniture is so beautiful everything in there is just beautiful!! Thanks to value city my new home looks beautiful and many thanks to Tim Strong for being so great and making the whole experience fun and easy. Absolutely one of the worst Pharmacies I've dealt with, spent in total 25 minutes on hold trying to get results of a covid test, was hung up on multiple times, just absolutely unprofessional they need to be shut down or retrained. ~James

I took my car in with a few issues and they were very honest with the price. They notified me that it was much worse than I thought and we determined it wasn't worth fixing due to the age of my car and my higher mileage. I truly appreciated their honesty! ~Angela

I stopped going because Covid made them prepay only where I used to live. I tried it last night and my old pizza was good... more expensive, lol, inflation expensive, good. It was OK. The crust is the biggest variable here as it is a test of luck with my stuffed pizza if the bottom crust really firm's up or dies off of too much sauce. It was good I liked it for 3 years since I've had it and I'll reheat it today like I used to and I think it will be good. It is an experience I will go back for. I wish I still had coupons. That's a thing that bugs me. So many coupons, at least physical ones seem gone. The product was good. ~David
