I stopped going because Covid made them prepay only where I used to live. I tried it last night and my old pizza was good... more expensive, lol, inflation expensive, good. It was OK. The crust is the biggest variable here as it is a test of luck with my stuffed pizza if the bottom crust really firm's up or dies off of too much sauce. It was good I liked it for 3 years since I've had it and I'll reheat it today like I used to and I think it will be good. It is an experience I will go back for. I wish I still had coupons. That's a thing that bugs me. So many coupons, at least physical ones seem gone. The product was good.

Pizza was good, but frustrated with their rewards program. The last THREE times I am told my next reward is two purchases away. How is that possible? Three times I. A row? What a joke.

I placed an order online, total due was $45.08. My husband went to pick it up, tried paying with a $50 bill and the worker said they can't take any bill over $20. He didn't even want change, as that would have gone towards the tip. Nothing online says they can't take any bill over $20. The worker told my husband that they had a sign hanging in the restaurant but it wasn't there anymore. That wouldn't help us much, since we need to know that Before we get there, not when we are there, cash in hand, to pick up the order. My husband had to drive all the way back home for smaller bills, then all the way back to the restaurant. He picked up the order that the worker gave him and came home. I asked him where the pop is. He said they didn't give him a pop. I checked the receipt and sure enough we were charged for it. I called the restaurant and the worker said that was their bad and we can go back up there and pick it up. I asked if it could be delivered since we already made an extra trip that we shouldn't have had to make. He said no. He offered no other resolution or even an actual apology, just that it was "their bad." I asked for the name of their manager, he gave me her name, but she was not there and wouldn't be until the next morning. This place doesn't seem to care much about their customers. The pizza is good. I was not sure if I should give only one star because the product is not bad at all but I really believe the way a company treats its customers is very important.

The take and bake concept is wonderful. Cooking the pizza at home is vastly preferable to getting a cold or mangled pizza through delivery. Only if Papa Murphy’s would deliver …. Staff at this store is attentive, friendly, and helpful. I enjoy my gluten free pizzas and the turn out well. My wife gets a regular crust pizza and has recently struggled to get the bake to turn out right. She says she is willing to give it one more try.

Papa Murphy's makes fantastic pizza. So incredibly delicious. You take it home, pop it in your oven at 425° for about 15 minutes and you have, hot, fresh, scrumptious pizza. The people who work there are amazing, friendly, and very efficient in making that pizza just the way you want it. I highly recommend it 😃

The best bang for your buck. You'll no longer wait for a delivery or in long lines for bottom of the barrel ingredients. Look no further the best quality and quantity for your dollar and the best thing is everything is always fresh never frozen. Bonus they accept food stamps/EBT
