At 8:11am there was 3 cars waiting in the parking lot and the cashier was just coming to unlock the door. And then went back to her register to watch vulgar comedy videos that you can hear all the way to the back of the store. There have also been 3-4 times I have come here during open hours and they are closed. This place needs to just shut down.

Place is gone downhill in a handbasket. Just went to pick up some toothpaste and shampoo and the lady behind the check out is busy on her phone on a personal call, instead of 10 into her customers.

Just a few minutes ago. Lady working there just stared at my husband the whole time he was at the counter, acting like she was suspicious of him and acted like she did not want to help him until another customer came to the counter

Store hours say 8 am until 10 pm. Been here 15 minutes and the doors have yet to be opened.

Waited more 30 minutes until they open . If you said you at 8am don’t have me waiting at the door until 8:30 am . Ain't Nobody Got Time for That

Their phone line always has a busy signal no matter what time of day I try calling. Their doors are often closed during day time hours. And out of all the employees it's only one younger aged looking female that's been nice and easy to talk to , aside from her .. the employees are short with their attitude and not pleasant to communicate with. I personally understand why they are "short staffed" I wouldn't want to work with half those people either .

I love this location. You are lucky to have such positive employees. The store is clean and products are usually stocked.

Second time I have come here during "open hours" and they have been closed. This time, a delivery truck was also here, extremely frustrated he could not complete his drop off. He even stated this wasn't the first time this has happened. I won't bother coming here again. Not worth my time risking if it will be open or not.

Literally one of the best dollar store locations ever. Had VERY low expectations when I read the reviews but went anyway for location convenience due to bussing. I found presents for everybody on my list plus had cheap candles that were exactly what I was looking for. Wish it was a bit more stocked but it WAS the Saturday right after black Friday, so I completely understand. Also a little cluttered, but again, day RIGHT AFTER black Friday so 100% understand and it's not the employees fault. When I got to the checkout, the total was 10$ over what I had on me, and the lady at the counter took one look at me and walked away, and at first I was like "wow that was rude" but then she came back holding a piece of paper and said " I have this 5% off coupon do you mind if I use it?" and I was so shocked! Total was perfect had enough money and not to mention her attitude was amazing! She was really pretty both inside and out, and I hope she is working the day I go back for something I saw last time. Overall I was really impressed for the size and customer service was amazing! 100% reccomend if you have the time to browse and think it over. Edit: Added the last star. I was greeted again today immediately on 12/7/21. Found everything I needed plus more. Cashier was the same nice lady. Love this store, WILL be back.
