For many years I have bought my cell phones from Costco's/Wireless advocates. The sales representatives have always been very informative and friendly. Also they always have good promotions and very good customer care. ~Charlene

I went in to get my phone turned back on and the lady with rainbow hair was jus on her phone and not helping and had a very rude attitude, then when I went to get her help with turning my phone back on she didn’t even look at my phone or even ask me anything she jus said “I can’t do anything it’s locked” and when I went to my old carrier to get my phone unlocked because she said it was locked and it wasn’t even locked. I’m not going back to this location, the girl didn’t want to do her job she jus wanted to sit there talkin on her phone and was rude. The customer service was absolutely terrible. ~Brooklynn

Lawrence was my sales person! He was awesome. He was very knowledgeable about his job. He made me aware of everything you had to offer without being pushy.
