For many years I have bought my cell phones from Costco's/Wireless advocates. The sales representatives have always been very informative and friendly. Also they always have good promotions and very good customer care.

Dale, a manager at one of the NJ stores, tried to make an employee return to work while she was in the EMERGENCY ROOM for a possible miscarriage. This is not appropriate in any circumstance. I don't care how tight the labor market is, maybe if you would pay better and not promote mindless drones like Dale you wouldn't have an issue with coverage. #fireDale

False promises. The kiosk at Costco Bloomfield Hills didn't have any iPhone 11 for T Mobile and they kept telling me come back in few days and we would receive it by then and you get your $350 trade in promo for my iPhone 7 since the promotion keeps getting renewed so DON'T WORRY about that. Guess what, 10 days later after few visits and not having any in stock, PROMOTION ended and now i have to pay FULL price because the guys on the booth kept pushing me until they get their new stock...... I mean what the hell, i should've went to T-mobile store directly but i wanted to support my community and help those guys out. They just screwed me over. HORRIBLE ... me and my family would NEVER buy a phone from them AGAIN
