Terrible, terrible, terrible! “Manager” was dressed like a slob in crocs and colored socks and sweats. They do not want to help. I went for return and there was an issue in system. The manager had the audacity to ask me to come up there 3 diff times to get return straightened out. Need new management here

Outstanding service with Rose at the check out. In this crazy world she was so kind and so sweet to me! Precious! Walgreens you are lucky to have Rose. Time for a raise! Customer service is usually in the dump. Not today. Thank God for Rose. Highly recommend shopping with Rose at this walgreens location. ♡

It's 6/6/2022. I'm not sure what happen as to when Pharmacy became so slow. The Dr. called my prescription in around 2p.m. I came to pick my prescription up at 4p.m. they told me that it would be ready in 25 minutes. Currently, it's 4:58 p.m. EST and now they're saying that it will be ready in 15 minutes. What's the purpose of having the Dr. call it in if I STILL have to wait? This is ridiculous. Even though this Walgreens is closer to my home, I'm changing my home store immediately. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Definitely do not go there for photos. Had a very weird experience. Went there for a passport photograph and the employees were arguing with each other who will do the photos. One of the girls telling other associate that she just cleaned trash outside so she wouldn't do it. Finally she agreed yet unwillingly did the photos. One set of photos came out correct but others did not. I told her and she became very offensive and repeatedly stating "I know what I am doing and it's not my fault that photo is not correct". After a while and hearing frustration, another associate agreed to help. He was very nice and helpful however in the final photo shadow on the wall was visible. He asked me to come back the next day. I went and another guy helped but their camera stopped working. He mentioned that the camera is probably 10 years old. So he tried to fix my photo digitally by air brushing the shadow. Print copy came out fine but he forgot to update the digital copy. So I am $23 in and don't have the correct passport photos despite going there twice and facing super unfriendly employee. Not sure what the work culture is there but definitely not going back and would not recommend anybody to go there for photos.

I love this store, especially the pharmacy department...they know me by name & always treat me with respect & I treat them with respect! I have read some of the bad reviews, & it’s not fair...especially since all this covid testing!! I did tell them that I think it was a big mistake by doing the tests, ect thru the drivethru...it does take longer in the car, but they can’t help it if 3-5 cars come all at once for their test or shot... They are overworked & short of staff here lately, but please remember all the other prescriptions that they’re filling for people not even in the store...I promise you if you treat them with respect, they’ll treat you with respect!! I think the worst thing that’s happened to the store is that they drove the Kevin the manager off to pursue other options....he was a really good manager & I miss him already!! The best cashier in the whole store is John!!! He is such a sweetheart & I try to go in on the days that he’s working...I hope they don’t run him off too...

Husband went to get his booster. Made an appointment, got there and the lady was extra rude. He forgot his card, they had all the information needed. She then lied to him and said they do not follow cdc guidelines there and has to wait another month. He did not get her name or I would have called up there. Are they going to pay for the loss of wages?

Numerous issues with filling prescriptions, having meds in stock, and not getting meds in time. Staff was fairly dismissive of the fact that these meds were needed for chronic medical condition. The CVS across the street is much better in my experience.

I have been coming to this store for 13 years. Since Covid began, I noticed the customer service has continued to decline. Pharmacy is overworked, and what used to be a dependable place for my life-sustaining medications is no longer the case. I am currently suffering from withdrawals due to a certain med not being in stock for over a week, and they have promised three times when it would be ready, and then it isn’t. I will be seeking another pharmacy who actually cares about their patients.

I use this location for Western Union and most of the time it's okay I used them a few times for the pharmacy and they where under my expectation didn't have the medicine on time and have the medicine on the Shelf light they asked me to wait for a few days so I don't do my pharmacy business at this location.

The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. I have looked at other reviews and saw the low star ranking concerning the pharmacy, and though I have never used the drivethrough, I do know that this pharmacy is extremely busy. I have had to wait for medications at every pharmacy and it is usually because of the insurance company coverage....not because the pharmacists don't care or want to help. I am treated like family at this location and go out of my way to make the trip there to buy other items because I think good workers are the ones to retain loyal customers. I am loyal to this location because of the hard working staff.
