Do NOT trust this company. They rip you off and tell you that you qualify for a free phone. Then 3 months later, you are being billed and there is nothing that they can do. They told me that my business account qualified for a free iPhone when you activate a new line. I activated 2 new lines and selected the iPhone 12 and iPhone SE, both of which qualified as free as part of their promotion. Now 3 months after activating the new phones, I am not getting anything for free, like Michael Buck the store manager promised. I spoke with him today and his response was, “I’m sorry. I made a mistake. You do NOT qualify and there will be no credit!” I said that I wanted to return the phones and he told me that the window has passed for a refund and there is nothing I can do. They should be held accountable. They are the ones who made the mistake and not me. They should stand by their word and credit me my $1000.

Had an issue with my orbic wifi device. Online chats with Verizon could not fix it, multiple techs over a two week period. Brandon at this shop identified the problem within 10 mins and my device was back in working order in another 10 mins. Very satisfied!

Javier and the store manager are the best! I traded in my old iPhone 13 for a new one on warranty and they both made the transition so easy. Javier is a true professional! I’d recommend this Verizon store to everyone!

Not a big review person but Michael deserves all the credit here. After a long work shift, I had the unfortunate chore of handing some phone business and had to go to the store. Michael not only was helpful and knowledgeable, but patient with the multitude of requests that I had. His customer service has now made this store my hub for in-store needs. Thanks Michael!

Walked in for help with my new iPhone and they jumped to the task of getting me up and running. To keep my son busy they took the time to get his switch on wifi so he could play Fortnite! Give this store a try!

Joey the store manager is incredibly helpful. I can’t say enough about the professionalism and attention to detail that they put into my experience there. I had a small issue with Verizon and they were quick to call and get the problem fixed immediately. You will not be disappointed in your experience here.

I walked into this Verizon store front due to an issue with my iPhone not allowing cellular data while on a voice call. I was greeted by Joey F. who was very nice and eager to help. He knew exactly what to do despite appearing to be a droid user. He helped me fix the issue with his first suggestion and was extremely knowledgeable on all the Verizon services I inquired about during my visit. I will surely make this my go to store. We had to purchase new phones for our family and talked with Joey. He was great! He did not try to talk us into anything we did not want and got us the best deal possible. He set up the phones and wiped our old ones clean. If you are looking for a Verizon Wireless store in the area, I would go here.
