I don't have a bad thing to say about this place. I saw Mimi & she took her time not only to free hand every single design on my nails, but also to get the shape perfect and even. I always find something wrong with my sets, but not from here. On top of stunning nails, they were all so kind and patient. Definitely will be back here ~Haley

Not overly impressed, cost is very high, coach's can vary, if you send your kid here you should watch the practices, like I said, some instructors are great while others are there to kill time and collect a check. ~Jason

We used to love Rookies. We would go all the time. Over the last year or so, just like everywhere, the prices have gone up. Rookies has raised prices and shrunk serving sizes. Their $1 dogs and burgers are good but if you want tater tots or fries its $6 more! My son ordered boneless wings and they were tiny nuggets with almost no meat.. the teriyaki was slightly better. .. for $12 (6 nuggets). Absolutely ridiculous. This was about $6 worth of food. This was the same price as going to an Italian restaurant. Probably not going back any time soon. ~Steve

Ordered the smallest Meat Lovers, Veggie and Cheese pizzas. Used take out, requested curbside pickup. The pizza was HOT and ready at the time stated. The crust was thin and crispy, toppings were ample, and just as I ordered. I definitely will order from here again. Took off two stars because when I arrived and called telling them I was there for curbside pickup they hung up on me twice then didn't answer the phone. Finally had to go in and request my order. ~Jim

Joey the store manager is incredibly helpful. I can’t say enough about the professionalism and attention to detail that they put into my experience there. I had a small issue with Verizon and they were quick to call and get the problem fixed immediately. You will not be disappointed in your experience here. ~Karen

the metro on -745 e st suit c, ELGIN is such an amazing store now with their NEW MANAGEMENT TEAM! the old people who ran the store were no help and so rude. the new team are SO helpful and have positive attitude. the are always so patient with all my questions. !!! will be coming back every month ~Ili

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I took my tablet in to get the screen fixed on a monday and he told me saturday it would be done. i came in on the saturday he told me, and he said it would be done by tuesday. I go in again for the second time and he says he hasn't done it, and that he can fix it in two hours, i waited until the next day to pick up my tablet and he says he could not get the part for, a very common Apple ipod Gen6 . he said he's been so busy and couldn't fix it. then he said he was waiting on a better part so i could have a better screen for a cheaper price. i didn't want a cheaper price i just wanted the tablet fixed I understand if you're busy, but why not tell me that instead of having me wait two weeks and still not have my tablet fixed. now i have to take it somewhere else ~misti
