the metro on -745 e st suit c, ELGIN is such an amazing store now with their NEW MANAGEMENT TEAM! the old people who ran the store were no help and so rude. the new team are SO helpful and have positive attitude. the are always so patient with all my questions. !!! will be coming back every month

No one's here during hours of operation. There's a sign outside the door saying "Be back at (insert time)" but they're not there even at stated time.

Have been using metro since for they were even in this state. The owner here sold me a phone telling me it was very close to what I had turned out it was somebody else's phone or at least their card had to go back to the store and call Metro 611 to have them reset the device only to find out that I paid big money 4 a phone that is something I don't even need and they will not take it back.
