VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I took my tablet in to get the screen fixed on a monday and he told me saturday it would be done. i came in on the saturday he told me, and he said it would be done by tuesday. I go in again for the second time and he says he hasn't done it, and that he can fix it in two hours, i waited until the next day to pick up my tablet and he says he could not get the part for, a very common Apple ipod Gen6 . he said he's been so busy and couldn't fix it. then he said he was waiting on a better part so i could have a better screen for a cheaper price. i didn't want a cheaper price i just wanted the tablet fixed I understand if you're busy, but why not tell me that instead of having me wait two weeks and still not have my tablet fixed. now i have to take it somewhere else

( MUST READ!!) Dropped of iphone to get broken camera fixed , was told one week came back a week later and phone was not in the store, was told come back in another week and was finally given my phone back but with the screen scratched horribly, looked like a animal claws all over my screen. Long story short dont ever come here theres a computer store right next to it i payed $95 to get my screen replaced...

I dropped off an iPhone 7 to have a screen repaired and was told two hours... Got my original iPhone back initially and the home button would not work.. paid for the repairs and screen protector and was told I get a discount (3 hours in) came back to pick up after the home button failure and was told he was going to replace my entire iPhone due to the inability to fix it.. I waited for after store hours to get my phone back. And I never got a discount and in total it took more than 7 hours to get done.... Friendly staff, abysmal service... can guarantee you should not come here for repairs or any service... absolutely shameful

Had many problems with the multiple iPhones I had purchased from there. And all he would do with the messed up phones was resell them as if I didnt just tell him that the phones were garbage and didnt charge or work.

THE WORST PLACE IVE BEEN TO! your better of going to CompuFix, than this OVER PRICED, SLOW, and NO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE place this place is just a rip off a waste of time, not the first time ive been here since ikno a few friends that i have gone with here..all those times ive gone There SO USELESS

took over 3 days to fix my phone once i got it he said it would have service and be all set i got to work and no calls text or internet were going through and he does not answer calls

Phone seems fixed but had to bring back multiple times. went in for a battery change came out with a phone that now has a back cover that has a gap in it.
